Please read this section carefully before continuing with your online order.

Please take care with the detailed requirements of your order and contact us for advice first, if in any doubt regarding style, size or fabric choice. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order. Unless the item is out of stock, this is the completion of the contract between yourself and Little Bridesmaids.co.uk.

Orders

Bespoke and Made to order: All our garments are specifically made to your order requirements and therefore are non returnable – please ensure you are absolutely sure of the size and colour you need before placing your order.

Timings: Our bespoke and made to order garments and accessories will need 6-8 weeks to be carefully cut, made, completed and despatched; especially during our most busy season from April through to September. International delivery times of up to 7-10 days should be allowed on top of this. Small accessories are much more quick for us to make so we will endeavour to send dispatch these in 3 weeks. If you feel unsure, please contact us to confirm timings in the lead up to your special event.

Delivery: Within the UK, to ensure your parcel’s safety; all standard orders are sent via Royal Mail or a courier service that is tracked and must be signed for. Any accessories ordered at the same time as a dress will be sent out in the same packaging free of charge. Accessories are sent via Royal Mail 1st class.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Little bridesmaids.co.uk makes every effort to despatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions, periods of lockdown affecting our normal business process and any other similar events.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.

Colours and fabrics

Please note that colours cannot always be accurately represented on-line therefore we recommend requesting a fabric swatch before placing your order. You can do so through our contact us form.

We cannot guarantee the continuing availability of all colours and fabrics from all our suppliers throughout the year.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Little Bridesmaids.co.uk is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Little Bridesmaids.co.uk does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserves the right to change information, prices, colours, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

Little Bridesmaids.co.uk makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied when you receive your order and if you have any queries please contact us first and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, the customer must send written notice of cancellation to Little Bridesmaids.co.uk within 3 working days after having placed your order. If Little Bridesmaids.co.uk is unable to deliver the goods within 12 weeks of the date of order, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order, and require to be refunded any monies paid to Little Bridesmaids.co.uk in respect of that order.

Payment Terms

Title in the goods does not pass to the customer until payment is received in full by Little Bridesmaids.co.uk.
All details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our web site must be correct.

The credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us must be your own or your company’s card, which you are authorised to use, and you must ensure that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from us. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

VAT

All prices shown are inclusive of UK v.a.t. where applicable at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. Children’s wear is zero rated.

Security

Little Bridesmaids.co.uk will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party. We will never ask for your financial details via email.

We have taken every measure to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Little Bridesmaids.co.uk reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
